Spend your day in Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park and check out either Colorado State, Northern Colorado or for goodness' sake, that other school in Boulder?!
Maybe enjoy the views from our deck after you've been to the Benson Sculpture Gardens or hiking many of the open trails like Devil's Backbone.
Wonderful local shopping like JAX. Available for extended stays. Game room downstairs, and all bedrooms have Roku enabled TVs, bring your password. High speed internet is included and there's a juice and coffee bar in the kitchen. No smoking anything, you can do that outside. Here's your operational base.
We do recommend, if you choose us during the winter months, that you have a four-wheel drive vehicle to allow for easier access. It does snow in Colorado!

Due to changing policies in Larimer County (while we work to meet their requirements); minimum stay is 31 days. We will have our cleaner in every week for trash, linens etc. If you are staying longer than 31 days, cleaning fee will be 150 a week. The cleaning fee (600) is set right now for her to come in every week on trash day for home maintanence, based on a 31 day minimum. Thank you for considering us while we work with Larimer County.

Summary: Beautiful inside and out! Very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Everything was thought of down to shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, and many more items. Location was perfect for graduation at CSU and the Rocky Mountains.
