"Penthouse Retreat" - the largest and only 3-bedroom condo at First Flight Retreat! It features ten-foot ceilings, ceramic tile, and carpet throughout. This large condo has 2 king bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom has a duo bunk with a trundle that sleeps 4. All rooms have a TV and there is a DVD player in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge is all the gourmet cook needs for entertaining. You can view the ocean from one of the three south-facing sliders that lead out onto a private, oversized balcony. This third-floor condo offers fantastic southeast ocean views. and the large terrace has a tall table and 4 chairs from which you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an afternoon drink. Just a quick trip down the elevator to the first level leaves you steps away from the fitness center, game room with shuffleboard, and boardwalk to the beach where you will find a large oceanfront deck with beach access! Taking the elevator to the ground level will bring you to the covered parking garage and an outdoor grilling area with picnic tables.
