Unsere Ferienwohnung "mittendrin" ist: - mittendrin in unserem Haus, das 1893 gebaut wurde, - mittendrin im Dorf Hergensweiler, - mittendrin zwischen Baden- Württemberg und Vorarlberg, - mittendrin zwischen Bodensee und Allgäu, und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Bodensee und ins Allgäu. Im Ort gibt es eine Gaststätte mit Biergarten und eine Bäckerei, die ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot bietet. Im Nachbarort (ca. 4 km entfernt) gibt es einen Supermarkt mit großem Sortiment. Parken können Sie direkt am Haus. Eine Westterrasse mit Gartentisch und 4 Stühlen steht Ihnen zusätzlich zum Balkon zur Verfügung.
Unsere neu sanierte Ferienwohnung bietet mit ca.113 qm viel Platz für maximal vier Personen. Durch den komfortablen Zuschnitt und die umfangreiche Ausstattung ist sie auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Kindern (ab 6 Jahren) geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit geöltem Eichenparkettboden ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett (2 separate Matratzen) beziehungsweise zwei Einzelbetten, Kleiderschrank und Nachttisch mit Leselampen. An diesen Fenstern sind Mückengitter angebracht. In der gemütlichen Küche gibt es einen Ceran-Herd mit Backofen, Spüle, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Handmixer, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Das Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, Waschbecken und einem Handtuchheizkörper. Im separaten WC gibt es ein Handwaschbecken. Ein großes, helles Zimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon bietet einen Arbeitsplatz (W-LAN), zwei gemütliche Sessel zum Ausruhen und Lesen und einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen zum gemeinsamen Spielen und Beisammensein. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen stehen Ihnen im separaten Abstellraum zur Verfügung. Ein zusätzlicher, kleiner Abstellraum unter der Treppe bietet Platz für Koffer und Getränkekisten.
