The Sunset View Lakeside Retreat is located on the Henry's Lake Outlet. 3 bedrooms, loft, 3 1/2 baths, Sling TV, DVD, WiFi Internet, wood fireplace, propane BBQ grill, outside fire pit, private boat dock, and shared boat launch. Maximum of 11 people. This cabin does NOT allow pets or smoking. Allergy alert - the homeowner does bring up their dog and cat when visiting. Enjoy the quiet area from the multiple decks that overlook the Henry's Lake Outlet. Put your boat in at the community boat launch just next door to the cabin. Private boat dock for your convenience during your stay. The main floor has an open kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, bedroom, two bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The family room has a wood fireplace and a small refrigerator and sink. Enjoy watching the Sling TV with family in this room. The bedroom has a queen bed. One bathroom has a large soak tub and shower, sink, and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink and also the washer and dryer. The loft has 3 twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and exit to the backyard that leads to the dock. One bedroom has a full bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed. The bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower, a sink, and a toilet. Kitchen amenities: refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. Other amenities: washer and dryer, propane BBQ grill, outside fire pit, private boat dock This cabin does NOT have air conditioning. This cabin does NOT provide life vests. The Henry's Fork River water level fluctuates during the summer. Rainbow Realty does not have control over the level of the Henry's Lake and Henry's Fork River and cannot guarantee waterfront property, water depth, or dock usage. The Sunset View Lakeside Retreat is about 20 minutes to the western entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It is located on Henry's Lake Outlet, north of the Henry's Fork River at Macks Inn about 10 miles, and about 20 miles from the Island Park Reservoir. Restaurants, gas stations, Island Park golf course, fishing, hunting, ATV and snowmobile trails, river rafting, horseback riding, and water sports are all just minutes away from the cabin.
