We also have a full couch in the living room to fit at least 2 people and a blow-up mattress, if needed. Private patio with fire pit, grill, seating area on the 18th hole. A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant and Tiki Bar. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and 5 minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.
