Gorgeous Penthouse with Panoramic Beach & Sea Views of many fun water activities & Land's End. Guests review Penthouse 1806 to be even better than the photos show. A private concierge is provided to greet and orientate guests to penthouse features, & offer his services for everything from reservations at popular restaurants, to any of the numerous tours available in Cabo. He can even stock your refrigerator and pantry from your list. Contact Fernando at his email for help before your arrival, such as airport transportation, possible pre-stocking, and other advice from a Cabo local with many years of experience in the hospitality business. Inform fernando of your flight arrival time, so he can plan accordingly to greet you in penthouse 1806 for an orientation. Penthouse 1806 is in Villa La Estancia resort on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San lucas. It is protected from the Pacific Ocean waves and rip currents by the large natural projection of rock formations, called Land's End. Estancia has a roped off sea swim area for safety from boats and other watercraft. Also roped off is Estancia's lounge area with umbrellas, & service on the sand to assist guests, and bring food & beverages from Estancia's restaurant/bar next to pools. Spacious Penthouse 1806 inside and terrace combined is 6,500 square feet, the size of 3 condos on all floors below. It is a "true penthouse," on the entire top of a building, providing exclusivity, and more privacy, especially with its private entrance hall just off elevator. It is truly more like a home, than a condo. This penthouse features grand private indoor/outdoor living with 3 bd suites, 4 ba, & living area with a large sectional, chef's kitchen, & full bath. It has a laundry room with new, large side-by-side washer and dryer, ironing board, & irons. All soaps for laundry and kitchen included, as are paper towels, and other household items. There's plenty of coffee and tea setup for entire stay. The pantry has most of the basic seasonings. The 3 Villa resorts share 2 desalination units to make safe drinking water from sea water. All tap water in 1806 is safe to drink. The refrigerator/freezer has cold water and ice dispenser on front. There's a large dispenser inside, so no necessity to buy ice. We drink the penthouse water, but we still get a case of bottled water from Costco or Walmart just to grab a bottle for the convenience, especially for outings. Most Cabo restaurants and bars catering to tourists serve purified water and ice. Just ask if it's purified. Purified ice from factory is rings, shape of little donuts. As in all of Mexico, don't drink regular tap water. Locals don't. The architect-designed terrace built-ins include covered fireplace lounge living area flanked by barbecue kitchen, sun lounge area, and is surrounded by planters with tropical foliage. As you can see from my photos. And, they are not "photo-shopped. LOL. The last thing I want is a disappointed guest. The penthouse has daily maid service (a time chosen by guest), newly upgraded wifi reaches all areas of the penthouse, smart TV with sound bar in living room, 3 more flat screenTV's with cable service & DVD's in bedrooms, free Vonage calls to/from US & Canada, portable Bluetooth speakers, underground gated garage parking. 1806 has a sports equipment closet stocked with snorkel sets, tennis rackets, golf clubs, boogie boards, surfboards, badminton set, & pool inflatables. Our family found this very convenient over the 18 years we have owned in 1806. Now kids are in their 30's, busy building careers so can't go as often, so I unlocked the sports closet. Prices vary by season and date. Holidays rates higher. Christmas, and NY's have a 7 nt min. The weeks before and after Easter 6 nt min. each. All March & April, 5 nt min. Thanksgiving, 5 nt. min..
