Positive: Beautiful space, clean and furnished in good taste, comfortable to unwind
Negative: The automated check-in process was OK, although sending cash for security deposit and ID via email seems a bit outdated, given by the industry is right now. There are better ways of doing this available. The host was nice and professional about it though.
