D901 Dunes of Panama Vacation Rentals | Apartment in Panama City Beach

Attention Guests Pardon our Dust- The Dunes of Panama is replacing all sliding glass doors and walkway windows in Building B, C, D & E due to damages and losses to the buildings from Hurricane Michael. Suncoast Restoration is setting up for the project currently and the commencement date is September 28, 2020, and will go full steam ahead until the completion of the project which is expected late May 2021. Unless, there should be delays due to materials, bad weather/storms. The company handling this project is Suncoast Restorations. They will begin on the top floors of each building and work down. Each floor will take 3 weeks to be completed; it will take three-four days in the two-bedroom and four-five days in the three bedrooms, and a few days after the window completion for the finishing work (sheetrock, painting, etc.). Prior to the work, all window treatments will be taken down and all furniture that is close to the sliding glass doors and guest bedroom window will be moved back to allow room for them to work. SunCoast Restorations will put down plastic covering on the floor that will remain until completion (Traffic path from the entryway to Livingroom ? Master ? guest bedrooms windows). While the work is ongoing during the day the contractor is requiring the unit not to be occupied between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. SunCoast Restorations will work Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). We appreciate your patience while our property is undergoing a major renovation. D901 is a three bedroom standard that will accommodate up to eight guest with a spacious 1750 sq. feet, fully furnished. The living room has a flat screen TV/cable, sofa pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the enclosed section of the balcony. The dining area includes a table that will seat six guest, along with a bar that will seat four. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a glass top stove and tile counter-tops. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a chair, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a TV/cable. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a chair and a sliding glass door that leads to its own small private balcony. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a washer/dryer and tile throughout the condo. The enclosed section of the balcony has a love seat couch, a table and two chairs. The balcony has five chairs, a lounge chair and two small tables. The condo has a direct gulf view, but you can also look west/down the beach towards the sunset.This condo includes a covered parking spot underneath the building.
