II am a private owner offering a lovely studio with a pleasant balcony on the 5th floor (with elevator) in a quiet neighborhood near Bastille.
You can easily explore either on foot or via nearby public transport major tourist attractions like Le Marais, the banks of the Seine, Île Saint-Louis, and Beaubourg, as well as bars, restaurants and live music or performance venues.
In good weather, you can enjoy a peaceul breakfast on the balcony.
The space :
This studio is located in a quiet building in Paris's 11th arrondissement.
You can easily walk to various places of interest (10 minutes from Bastille).
It is also very close to bus and metro lines, providing easy access to other parts of Paris.
It measures 20 m² and is well-laid-out to maximize space, especially with the addition of the balcony.
Living area / Open-plan kitchen:
The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed for two (sheets, duvet, and pillows provided), an internet-connected TV (Amazon Fire Stick), a desk, and a wardrobe (with shelves and hangers).
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine (with capsules), toaster, kettle, full dinnerware, and spices—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at the breakfast bar with its two stools.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for your smartphone, tablet, and laptop.
Bathroom:
Includes a sink, shower, toilet, washing machine, and hairdryer (towels, shower gel, and soap are provided).
Please note that the shower access is not suitable for larger-bodied individuals.
Balcony:
Its orientation allows you to enjoy a sunny breakfast with a view over the rooftops of Paris. Rusks, bread, butter, coffee, milk, orange juice, and jam are provided for two people on the first day which is very convenient if you are arriving late.
Guest access
Easy access from the airports:
CDG Airport (Roissy): Taxi or RER train (Line B) to Gare du Nord, then metro (Line 5, towards Place d'Italie) and get off at Richard Lenoir station.
Orly Airport: Taxi or RER train (Line C) to Gare d'Austerlitz, then metro (Line 5, towards Bobigny) and get off at Richard Lenoir station.
Paid parking is available nearby via OnePark.
Other things to note
Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you a message to arrange a time to meet and welcome you.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, but you can drop off your luggage in the morning if you arrive earlier.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM, but I can hold onto your luggage if you wish to enjoy your day in Paris before you leave.
