Melodie Home Menorca is a newly renovated 5 bedroom villa only 400m (5min walk) from the stunning Sa caleta Beach and 1.5km from the center of Ciutadella de Menorca.
Plenty of other gorgeous beaches are within minutes from the house. Cala Santandria is 1km away and Cala Blanca is 3km away.
Mahon airport is 45km from Melodie Home.
An exclusive place to meet family or friends. Completely renovated and expanded in 2022, the villa has the capacity to host people in the greatest comfort. The covered terrace and its table makes it able to enjoy al fresco dining even in the hottest menorcan days. The pool without chlorine and its fence ( removable upon request) will create a complete safety environment for the little ones while adults can enjoy our sun beds. The slightly salty pool benefits from an automatic electrolysis treatment to eliminate the use of chlorine and make swimming healthy and skin friendly.
The kitchen is equipped with a remineralized reverse osmosis water supply to offer drinking water to our guests and to limit the purchase of bottled water.
Finally, the entire villa is air-conditioned.
The villa offers an open space living room kitchen and dining room to feel comfortable with the entire family. We offer a cozy kids room with toys and books as well as a travel cot and extra single bed. High chair and booster seat are also available to make meal time more comfortable for the little ones.
Fully equipped kitchen, Nesspreso coffee machine and milk frother , air fryer, kettle, wine glasses, wine fridge among other items will make you feel like at home.
