A large portion of the backyard is paved with bricks along side a huge back wooden deck; all of which sits under a massive 100 year old tree. The tree offers shade all over the backyard. But there is still plenty of places for you to catch some rays if tanning is your preference. There is also ample parking for your car in the rear facing driveway.
You will also have access to 2 Smart TVs with cable, wireless internet, a Playstation3 and a washer/dryer for laundry.
There is enough room for two bicycles or your Golf bags beside the washer by the back door. And the whole city is just a short bicycle away not to mention how fast it is to one of the very famous Kettle Valley Trail entrances that run past Penticton. There is a large sports complex nearby the house with a gym/pool/spa. If you want to take in a dinner and a movie a very tasty Bogner's farm to table restaurant and the theater are both very close. A very famous German style sausage maker/deli Grimm is just one block away(Get your steak for the BBQing here, yum). You can even find a Timmies and a shopping complex in the vicinity. The Harmony House is also located just 3 blocks from the South Okanagan Event Centre and the Okanagan Hockey School. And a short and scenic drive through well maintained mountain roads will get you to the Apex Ski Resort for a day of family fun.
Once the booking has been confirmed you will be emailed a passcode to the resortlock style backdoor entrance that will only work for the dates you are booked for and only on the back door. A major convenience of this system is it allows simple and efficient late night check ins if arriving after a long drive.It is recommended to park in the back lane and the large 12ft gate rolls either inward or outward.
