Exotic newly renovated beach house just a block away from the beautiful Windansea Beach. Walking distance to La Jolla Village where there is great shopping and fantastic restaurants, and just a 5 minute drive to the famous La Jolla Cove.
~We have changed from short term to long term rental. Due to COVID-19 we would like to house people for longer stays (up to 1 Year Lease) in order to limit the amount of exposure/cleaning for our staff and look out for the well being of our guests as well.
~We are also very much open to housing traveling nurses/doctors during this time.
~We are being very precautious by deep cleaning/disinfecting every house turnover we have.
The space:
With prime location, this exotic home is the perfect getaway for families and groups of friends. Two cozy bedrooms, one consisting bunkbeds with a lower queen size bed and an upper twin bed, and a master bedroom with French doors leading out to the beautiful back deck.
Enjoy the ocean breeze from our newly renovated front/back patios along with a private jacuzzi surrounded by a lush garden. Have a cookout and enjoy your meal outside under the pergola on a beautiful Brazilian granite table.
Just a block away from the famous Windansea Beach, take advantage of the water along with spectacular sunsets. Then walk home straight to an outdoor hot shower to rinse that sand off!
