We are locals who love hosting but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. Please be kind and respectful to us, other guests & the neighbors. 6. Please don't make loud noise after 08:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m.
7. Please do not put oil, bones, or leftovers in the garbage disposal. It will cause a clog. Please use the trash can instead.
8. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or It will cause a clog.
