BOOKING DEPOSIT - A $250.00 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit is required in order to reserve your dates. This deposit is applied towards the overall total rental amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY - A 90 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $250.00 Booking Deposit. Cancellations that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit.
