A washer and dryer is also in the unit for your convenience. There is reserved parking for one vehicle under the building, and ample parking in the adjacent lot for additional vehicles. The unit is accessible by elevator. This condo has been recently updated with new granite countertops, plantation shutters, new flooring, freshly painted, new water heater, as well as updated furnishings. Rental comes with fresh linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. We ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

It is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or read a book, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Guests will have access to a large pool plaza, which features a mini water park with a lazy river, rotating buckets and a silly submarine, a playground, hot tubs, and a bar which is open in season. There are cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and televisions which can be rented for a full or half day.
