Summerscape is a pristine community of only 70 cottages located just off Route 1 in Wells. Our beautiful cottage was built in 2013. The floor plan features a vaulted ceiling in the living / kitchen area. The cottage abuts the woods providing a nice private yard to sit and relax, throw a ball or grill dinner. Summerscape is located less than 1 mile from Route 1 and approximately 2 miles from Wells beach. We're also centrally located between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. This fully decorated cottage features a spacious granite kitchen countertop with seating for 6. A separate dining area table can also seat 6 for family style dining or game playing. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, automatic ice maker and a full assortment of pots, pans, glassware and storage containers. A 24" TV is available to watch while sitting at the countertop or in the two high back chairs in the adjacent sitting area. The sunroom has a queen sleep sofa with a 5 inch memory foam mattress, 42" TV and Blu-ray player. Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed and an extra large closet while bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed. Relax in the heated outdoor pool or 10 person jacuzzi. Be entertained in the clubhouse game room or spacious lounge area with TV, board games and game tables. Enjoy nighttime fun with the kids by the two fire pits.
