This is a house with incredible history. The walk to the beach is a mere 5 minutes and the pub only a 1 minute walk away! Churchtown House has a magnificent energy and will feel like a home away from home. Recently renovated with much loving care, you will be surrounded with comfort, stunning artwork and premium fixtures. Two open fires give a very cosy feel to the winters and the gardens allow for relaxing and great play areas for kids in the spring and summer. The Patio area has the perfect view of the sea for those early morning coffees and afternoon teas.

The house has a wisteria plant that weaves it's way across the facade creating a dramatic line to the house.
With a walled garden, kids can run free and there's plenty of space for a game of football, croquet or any other lawn game.
The patio has the perfect view of the sea and an apple tree provides shelter on the sunnier days.
