Located on the beach side with your private beach access right outside your back door - sand is practically at your door step. The 6036 Estero Beach Villa, it is 2000+ sq.ft. 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with loft duplex. The main level of the property has a great room setup. The large spacious family room has comfy couches and flat screen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials of home including many small appliances and breakfast bar with seating for 7. Enjoy lots of natural light with the wall to wall glass sliders that lead out the screened in deck area with outdoor table with chairs. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The upper level has two more bedrooms, large closets, a full bathroom with tub/shower and loft area. Bedrooms #2 has a two twin beds with flat screen TV and bedroom #3 three twin beds. The loft area is a relaxing seating area with futon and chair, and large glass sliders that go out the the upper level deck. The 6038 Estero Beach Villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with loft duplex too. The main level of the property has a great room setup. The large spacious family room has comfy couches and flat screen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials of home including many small appliances and breakfast bar with seating for 6. This property is very comfortable for vacationing families, the layout gives everyone some space to unwind from a fun day at the beach. Each Villa has the exact same layout but reversed floor plan. Other great amenities this property offers is under house parking, washer/dryer, Free wifi, BBQ, cable, DVD player and linens and towels. Fort Myers Beach has lots to do to keep you busy during your vacation including bike, boat and jet ski rentals. From this property, you are in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There is a trolley stop near by that can take you to south of the island to Santini Plaza with shops, pharmacy and restaurants, or explore Lovers Key Beach. The trolley also travels to the north-end where you can explore the Time Square area, the fishing pier and Bowditch Park. You can also learn some history at the Shellmound House located mid-island.
