One of the standout features of this condo is the enclosed balcony, thoughtfully converted into an extended living and dining space. With seating for six and beautiful views of the water and mangrove preserve, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening meals, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Open the sliding glass doors to let the island breeze flow through the condo.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, and the guest bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo. For added convenience, Bay Village 142 has its own washer and dryer.
Bay Village is a lovely, well-maintained community with amenities that make your stay even more enjoyable. Guests can take advantage of the fishing dock, BBQ grills with a picnic area, and a sparkling community pool. And when you’re ready for the beach, you’re just a short walk or quick ride away from the soft sands of Fort Myers Beach.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, bars, restaurants and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
