It is beautifully situated at an altitude of 750 m, just outside the tiny village Pourchères. You have a lovely private swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 1.45 m). The pool is sheltered at a lower level and directly visible from the house. There is also plenty of room for the kids to play nice while you are on one of the terraces (garden furniture and barbecue) relishing the peace and privacy. The house was renovated in early 2012 and refurbished. WiFi available. Cozy living room with sitting area by the fireplace and radio / CD. Modern kitchen with microwave, stove with grill-over, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, dining area and fireplace. Bedroom 1: a 2-bed (180 x 200). Bathroom, toilet and washbasin. The pool is in the year 2013 by the end of April / early May in use and stays open until late September / early October. You have your own large car park.

Summary: We had a very nice holiday in a beautiful place. We were 5 grown ups in the house and there was a good space for all. The house was well functioning outdoors and indoors and well equipped. Only little minus is the long, narrow road to Privas, but we drove it several times and almost got used to it! It might be a good idea to have a TV in the house, but we managed to watch Tour de France thanks to the internet. There were quite a lot of flies during our stay and the fly net in the kitchen window is not 100% efficient and maybe a fly net on the door would be a good idea in order to get air inside the house, but still keeping the flies outside. We were very satisfied with the total package including booking, description, location, facilities, cleaning, maintenance and service. We would have no problem recommending the house to others. Thank you very much.
