Located on the 3rd floor in the north west corner of Aspens building 4 residence 307 has many luxury touches. You never need to walk up stairs, the elevator connects the garage P1 to the residence L3 and the access to the ski run L4 and street L1. The kitchen has large granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a joy for cooking and entertaining. Dining table and living room flow naturally from the kitchen, and the amply supply of cooking and dining chattels ensure you can wow your fellow guests with creative and successful meals and snacks. The living area has leather sofas arranged for easy conversation or watching the flat screen TV or admiring the fireplace with its real flames. There are three bedrooms with the master bedroom with king bed located between the door to the deck and the kitchen. This has an ensuite bathroom. A Flat screen TV sits at the end of the bed for your enjoyment. A full closet along the same wall as the bathroom. In the second Bedroom there are two single beds next to each other. The bedside table sits along the same wall as the window and on it a lamp and alarm clock. The third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed, the top bunk has a reading light for late night readers. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over and sink with mirror hanging over it. On the deck is the large hot tub and BBQ, private enough to not be seen but close enough to the ski run to watch the skiers and snowboarders pass by during the day. At night it became totally private as once the lifts shut there is no one going past. Aspens 307 is a quick walk from the ski run simply exit the building out the back and walk out to the run, simple as that. If you want to head to the village center for dinner the Big White on mountain shuttle bus stops in front of the driveway to the Aspens. Take the bus to the village or Happy Valley, or visit a friend in snowpines. The bus runs early in the morning its first loop at 7am, use it to drop of your kids at ski school, or to rent skis before the hill opens.
