LOCATION Aureilhan is situated on the shores of an expansive, 450ha lake and is 2km from Mimizan-ville and 10km from the nearest beaches and the ocean coast in Mimizan-Plage. This beautiful and natural resort is an ideal base for practising watersports and enjoying exploring the natural surroundings of the Landes forest on foot, by bike or on horseback. OTHER ACTIVITIES A variety of activities are available in Aureilhan, including watersports at both the lake in Aureilhan itself and the beaches in Mimizan-Plage (10km away), fishing, hiking trails and guided walks, and cycling trails including 6km of mountain biking trails as part of the Landes region.
