Just imagine awakening to the sounds of the waves rolling in and crashing while watching the morning sun breaking the horizon & shimmering over the ocean all from our luxurious King bed – it truly is magnificent.
Our condo is well designed for pure enjoyment with a 25' wide direct oceanfront balcony. The living room & master bedroom are side by side with direct Oceanfront views and 2 walkouts to the beautiful balcony, the 25' wide is a rarity in most other hotel settings.
IN-CONDO AMENITIES: You'll enjoy all the amenities of home. Our Fabulous 2 bedroom oceanfront is unique, tastefully decorated throughout with tropical warm colors, granite counters; One-of-a-kind, Sweetheart design King bed & a Queen bed that sits side by side in Master bedroom, all overlooking the Ocean, with walkout to balcony; a 2nd private Queen bedroom; high quality linens, beautiful designer duvet bedding; our "inside-condo" X-large "LG" Washer & Dryer (the Extra Lg size is a rarity in a condo rental setting), a terrific convenience at your disposal, NO more spending $$$ at the Resort laundromat. Our Condo has independent Central AC with an 'in-condo' thermostat and our very own hot water tank; dehumidifier (all in-condo appliances are privately owned, maintained by us and independent from Resort).
"ON GUEST ARRIVAL": we provide our esteemed guests with a beautiful clean home with quality linens, & towels, which are all freshly set out for each of our registered guests on arrival. NO housekeeping provided during rental stay. Please note that Beach towels are Not provided! We have a small "in-condo" library in the Master bedroom with over 50 books/novels; playing cards; charades and puzzles to be enjoyed for those leisure moments while you are in residence. Please leave our home reasonably clean & tidy, if on your departure, Excessive time and effort is required for our staff to clean and sanitize our home for our next guests, the Primary Renter Will incur additional costs. We provide extensive cleaning products in the home for your use.
KITCHEN: A fully equipped modern kitchen with a beautiful oceanfront view as you prepare a meal for two or a family feast; our kitchen is perfect for entertaining with a granite double deck counter with 4 high stools matching the warm living room décor; A Full size electric glass top stove with full size oven; Full size frost free refrigerator with Bottom Pull-Out Freezer w/Ice Maker; Microwave; 8 cup DripCoffee maker with timer; 4 slot Toaster; full size dishwasher; Fun Colorful dinner dishes; Serving platters; cutlery; cooking utensils; pots; pans; electric rice/veg steamer, hand held electric blender and so much more...
BLUEWATER RESORT: is perfect for a Romantic adult vacation get-away and families alike – it is a family favorite - a small lazy river is located at our Bluewater Villa 1 across Ocean Blvd from our main bldg. The Resort facilities include heated indoor/outdoor pools; Jacuzzi's, indoor Dry sauna, Well-equipped exercise room (open 24hrs) and our new "Dilisis's on the Beach Italian Restaurant". Safety is Key at BlueWater: All entry doors to Resort are code/card protected (except Restaurant entry door): Surveillance cameras monitor in and around the Resort as well as Live Security Patrolling the Resort 24/7 to ensure adherence to Resort; City Rules & Regulations, including condo walkways; balconies; parking areas & garage.
BLUEWATER RESORT: is a beachfront retreat, nestled along a stretch of wonderful sandy beaches on the south end of Myrtle Beach, within a short drive to many Myrtle Beach family-friendly attractions like, (see list at bottom of this page) Enjoy Myrtle Beach's 'Ever Changing/Simply Amazing Brook Green Gardens, the Boardwalk; The Sky wheel; Family Kingdom amusement park; Wonder Works; Myrtle Waves Water Park; Ripley's Aquarium, Go-Carts, Mini golf, fishing, Para Sailing & Myrtle beach Sunset boat cruises - cruise the scenic Murrells Inlet and out onto Atlantic Ocean with Express watersports 843 357 7777 pontoon boat rentals, jet skis, banana boats & scuba diving and so many more attractions. TRANSPORTATION: The BlueWater Resort is only a five minute drive from Myrtle Beach airport. If you are flying in, car rentals are available at the airport and plenty of taxis 24/7; City Bus Transportation is available on Ocean Blvd beside the Resort.
OPERATING & MANAGING OUR HOME: This is Our private home. We have chosen to manage the “seasonal rentals” ourselves, when we cannot be here, so that we can personally control the cleaning and maintenance program. Our Condo is exclusively owned, managed & maintained by ourselves - We personally manage All Communication related to the rental of our condo and we Assist our guests 100% throughout the process (We are NOT affiliated with the Front desk). Our goal is that each of our guests will enter our beautiful home & experience the same warm welcoming satisfaction that we expect & experience for ourselves. We absolutely love it here…it is our little paradise, we take great pride and pleasure in it and look forward to sharing it with you during the times that we cannot be here! We always hate to leave and can’t wait to get back to Paradise and we hope you will feel the same. When our guests feel like this is their 2nd home, we experience a feeling of pride & satisfaction that makes this Venture all the more rewarding for us.
