“Sunset” is a luxurious, custom 4 BR, 3.5 BA home offering exquisite postcard perfect views of the shimmering blue waters of the magnificent Chesapeake Bay! This unique property offers some of the best waterviews in Bay Creek Golf Resort! Situated on a beautiful little lake, “Sunset” enjoys colorful morning sunrises over the lake as well as dazzling sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay.
“Sunset” is just a few minutes stroll or a golf cart ride over to the soft sand private beach, making it easy for those with young children to access beach fun. If you’re bringing your boat with you, you should reserve a slip soon to be sure you can tie up a spot at the prime Oyster Farm Marina located just down the street.
“Sunset’s” bright and airy open floor plan flows from the ample game room downstairs to the huge screened-in deck above, making it easy to access everything in between. Spacious rooms throughout gives everyone some extra elbow room to enjoy quiet reading or family game nights. The extra-large open deck, connected to the great room is one of our favorite areas of this home and offers plenty of versatile space for your entire group.
The well-appointed kitchen with a gas cooktop, a large wall oven (dual ovens), spacious refrigerator with through door ice and cold water make meal prep a breeze. Breakfast bar seating at the granite kitchen island, which seats 4. "Sunset" ensures your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable, including the little things like beautiful silverware and cocktail glasses for your evening entertaining. Inside dining in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, plus a table with stools in the media room, or alfresco dining on the huge waterview back deck! Don't forget to light up the fire pit in the backyard for some extra ambience!
The first floor of the home includes a super fun media room/game room stocked with lots of games for all to enjoy, a wet bar for your favorite beverages, a bedroom, full bath, mud room, laundry area, a side porch by the outdoor shower as well as the spacious screened porch overlooking the lake perfect for sipping your coffee or orange juice while you soak in the peaceful surroundings.
The second floor contains the main living and dining areas, both of which offer great waterviews, as well as the master suite with waterviews and en suite bath with a generously sized beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have soft comfy sheets to ensure you enjoy a better night’s sleep.
The 3rd floor contains 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, as well as a cozy sitting area with 2 Trundle beds that sleeps 3.
