If anyone in your party including yourself and/or guests is Trespassed, received a Violation, or has had local Law Enforcement Involvement, your entire party may be made to vacate the rental property immediately and will be forfeit any/all monies paid. No Refund will be given and No Refund will be due. Ocean Lakes has a Midnight Curfew for ALL regardless of age. You MUST be on your rental property site by Midnight or you will be ticketed as will the Homeowner for which the renter of record will be liable for said Violation/Fines.
