Sleeping up to seven people in three bedrooms, this detached former ranger’s cottage is set within the Avon Heath Country Park 2 miles from Ringwood near Saint Ives. The Rowans is a detached single-storey cottage within the boundaries of the Avon Heath Country Park near Ringwood in Dorset. This cosy property has three bedrooms – a king-size double with additinoal stacker bed and door out to the garden, another king-size double and a twin. There is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with open fire and dining area. Outside is off road parking for three cars, and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. With the walking and cycle trails of the park on the doorstep, as well as the visitor centre and children's play area, The Rowans makes a lovely base for a family get-away. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Please note that towels are not provided. Off road parking for 3 cars.
